Rehabilitation and Wellbeing of people who use drugs / alcohol
problematically or have a gambling problem so that they, their
families and the community, can cope with and overcome the effects of
substance use/gambling in their everyday lives.

THE SKILLS REQUIRED ARE TO:
* Work with the CEO to develop progression paths for programme
Participants in Realt Nua
* Design, deliver and evaluate appropriate Programmes/Modules for
Participants in conjunction with the CDETB
* Develop care plans with Participants to enable them to progress
into mainstream employment/supported employment or education
* Demonstrate the ability to use evidenced based programmes to
support individuals to progress their care plans
* Have the ability to work as part of a team
* Demonstrate communications skills both verbal and written with a
working knowledge of databases
* Supervise and support team members
THE CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:-
* A 3-year proven track record of full-time work in the addiction/or
related field in a team leader role
* A recognised qualification in the addiction/social field is
essential

The Rehabilitation Co-Ordinator will carry out the policies
procedures, aims and objectives of Ballyfermot STAR CLG and be a
member of the Management Team that supports the implementation of the
